Staple wine-merchant in Bourgogne, Maison Morin was founded in 1822 by Claude Morin, landowner in Nuits Saint Georges at the time. Over time, Maison Mairon kept perpetuating the great Bourgogne wine tradition and was proud to see its First Growth Nuits-Saint-Georges on the Élysée table during Général de Gaulle's presidency.
