The 1979 Château La Tour de Bessan is a Bordeaux red wine from the Margaux appellation.

This great vintaged wine is a blend of 43% Cabernet Sauvignon, 55% Merlot, 2% Cabernet franc and 1% Petit Verdot. Property with a 29,5 ha vineyard owned by the Lurton family since the early 1970s, important work has been done to the castle to improve this staple Margaux Cru. Château La Tour de Bessan was rightly ranked Cru Bourgeois in 2003.

Great Bordeaux wine, the 1979 Château La Tour de Bessan is an ancient wine, exceptionally well preserved.
