Officially founded in 1957 by 50 members, the « Cave de Pfaffenheim » (the Pfaffenheim Cellar) started its business with 40 ha of vines, which grew into more than 270 ha today. Developing a wide Crus and Grands Crus range, the Pfaffenheim Cellar is a sure value of the area. The 1992 Gewurztraminer Late Harvest « Cuvée Sainte Catherine » is a rare wine which will delight lovers of great Alsace white wines.
