More info

The Banyuls and Collioure vineyard was created more than 26 centuries ago and has evolved through time. The Cellier des Templiers, today known as Terres des Templiers in tribute to producers of this great wine, produces a wide range of bottles such as Banyuls and Banyuls Grand Cru. The semi-sweet Banyuls Vieille Réserve from the Cellier des Templiers is a blend of 70% Grenache Noir and 30% Grenache gris and Blanc. Considered as the « traditional » Banyuls, it gives off a great oxidation and flavors of black fruits. Delicious on cantaloup or a chocolate cake... Perfect for experts or those wishing for original discoveries.
