Founded in the 16th century in Puligny-Montrachet, Domaine Henri Clerc is a historic Bourgogne domaine, famous for its quality and selection of great wines and appellations such as the prestigious Bienvenu-Montrachet, Batard-Montrachet and Chevalier-Montrachet.

In 2002, Bernard Clerc passed on part of his vines to Vincent Girardin, who produces rare wine in Côte de Beaune.
