The 1973 Château Brethous is a Bordeaux red wine from the 1ères Côtes de Bordeaux appellation. Family property spread over 16 ha of vines composed of 72% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest being half Cabernet Franc half Malbec, Château Brethous is one of the oldest domaines from the Premières Côtes de Bordeaux appellation, now know as Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux. Famous for its exceptional terroir, Château Brethous produces quality wines which rival many Bordeaux Crus.
