The 1975 Gevrey Chambertin from Domaine Perrot-Minot is a red wine from Côte de Nuits in Bourgogne, produced exclusively from Pinot Noir. Domaine founded in the mid 19th century, it is located in Morey Saint Denis en Côte d'Or and spreads over 14 ha of vines cultivated according to integrated viticulture. Producing exceptionaly high-quality wines, they were already sought by very important restaurants in the early 20th century and keep a consistantly high quality, considered as « Henry Jayer's greatest success » (cf La Revue du Vin de France).
