The availability of our great wines and spirit, 100 % in stock, allows the delivery of your bottles, according to the provider of your choice : under 24 hours for Chronopost and under 48 hours for Colissimo in metropolitan France (except Corsica).

For Europe and rest of the world, the deadlines vary according to the chosen provider, the country of destination and the sometimes necessary customs formalities.

Count however 2 to 3 working days on average for Europe and 3 to 5 working days for the rest of the world.*

Any order on our site is handled under 24 hours and insured for the real value (ad valorem) of your order (excluding shipping charges).

A follow-up is supplied to you and you are informed about the evolution of your order by e-mail.

It is up to you to choose between these 2 carriers according to your needs and the value of your purchases. 

To help you, we provide you with 2 boards recapitulating all the countries towards which we send, the price list (including the processing fee, packaging, insurances well as routing), the average deadline noticed by our providers and the limitations given for information purposes being able to be imposed by the legislation in force in the country of the addressee.


For our customers not in Europe, thank you for taking into account that expenses of customs clearance and taxes may be applied.

Insurance :

Au-droit-de-bouchon.com packages your orders in adapted packaging’s, and every parcel sent, no matter the destination, is insured for the breakage, the loss or the theft as high as the real value of your order (excluding shipping charges).

In spite of the biggest care brought to our packaging’s, it is imperative to check the parcel after the delivery. It is essential to refuse it if you notice that this one is damaged.

Au-droit-de-bouchon.com insists on the fact that no compensation can take place after reception of your order.

Return and refund :

In application of the provisions of the article L121-16 of the code of consumption, you have a right to withdraw and return us the product (s) without having to prove motive. You have a deadline of 14 days to exercise this right from the date of reception of the parcel, date as postmark. You have no penalty to pay with the exception of the expenses of return inclusive insurance.

The refund will be made after reception of the parcel and the check of the conformity of one or several product (s).
The paid off amount will cover entirely the amount of one or several products charged with the exception of the postal charges which stay chargeable to the buyer.

According to our general terms of sale, audroitdebouchon.com do not reimburses:

  • the open bottles
  • old vintage having undergone a seepage during the transport.
