Owned by the Joly family, Clos de la Coulée de Serrant is both a property and an appellation, just like Château Grill in Vallée du Rhône. Spread over 7 ha, the vineyard was converted to biodynamic agriculture methods in 1984 and produces 3 wines : Coulée de Serrant, Clos de la Bergerie and Savennières. Rare wine composed exclusively of Chenin Blanc, the 1992 Clos de la Bergerie is a matured wine for lovers of fine Loire white wines.
