Izarra is a Basque liquor brand created in 1906 in Henday by botanist and merchant Joseph Grattau. Renowned liquor, Izarra Jaune is produced from 13 plants, spices, walnut stain, prunes and Armagnac. Ancient bottle, the 1950s Izarra Jaune digestive liquor is highly-prized among collectors.
