Even if summer 2014 was particularly cold, adverse weather conditions did not get the better of this vintage. A sunny spring and an indian summer, from august to november, actually had a beneficial influence on the vines and therefor the wine. Identified as a difficult year beforehand, due to the long hours of hard work in the vines, winemakers ultimately described 2014 as a rewarding vintage.
