Nowadays, Spain is known for having the best vineyards of the world and their products appear continuously on the top of the lists of the greatest wines of the world. The Spanish vineyard is the first vineyard of the world with such a large surface, it extends over 1 174 000 hectares for one production depending on the years. That’s 38 173 000 hl of 52% red wines, 24% white wines, 17% of rosés completed by sparkling and rosé wines.
Most great Spanish wines come from the northern regions of the country and particularly from the high valley of the Ebro, which is considered as having ideal weather conditions for the production of powerful and aging red wines.
