Main grape varieties : Grenache noir (at least 50 %), syrah and mourvèdre for red wines and rosés ; grenache blanc, clairette, bourboulenc, marsanne, roussane and viognier for white wines.
Soils : Red clay with sand and calcareous stones.
Style of wines :
Aromas of black fruits with smoky mineral and animal notes. Distinct finish on liquorice and pepper.
