More info

Historic Maison Jaboulet was founded in 1834 by Antoine Jaboulet and is now owned by the Frey family, champagne winemakers for generations and owners of Château La Lagune. Oenologist Caroline Frey is doing everything possible in order to revive all the classified growths while still respecting traditional methods. More affordable than its Hermitage cousin, the Crozes Hermitage is still a complex and powerful wine, especially from Domaine Raymond Roure, acquired by Maison Jaboulet in 1996. Great vintaged wine, the 1996 Crozes Hermitage « Vieilles Vignes » from Maison Jaboulet is a Cru for lovers of matured Vallée du Rhône wines.
