The 1947 Château Matras is a Bordeaux red wine under Saint-Émilion appellation. With a special place in the Bordeaux vineyard thanks to its location at the foot of Le Tertre Daugay, Château Matras has 12.5 ha of vines composed of 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet franc. Property managed by Véronique Gaboriaud since 1976, this fine wine keeps affirming its Saint-Émilion Grand Cru status. Ancient wine from a legendary vintage, the 1947 Château Matras is a prestigious Cru, a rare wine to taste of collect. Its vintage makes it a perfect anniversary wine.
