Cognac House founded in the 19th century, Maison Courvoisier was famous at the time for being « Le fournisseur officiel de la cour impériale » (« the official provider of the imperial court »), title granted by Napoléon 3. World-famous company, Maison Courvoisier produces a large range of fine Cognacs, including the Napoléon Fine Champagne, the XO Impérial and the Esprit de Courvoisier. The Cognac Courvoisier « The Brandy of Napoléon » Luxe, presumably from the 1960s, is a 3-star cognac also known as VS meaning 4 to 7 years of age from a blend of fine wood and Petits Champagnes. An ancient bottle which will delight lovers and collectors of renowned Cognacs.
