Aperitif produced from the maceration of Gentian roots from Massif Central, created by the Ambroise Labounoux distillery which was founded in 1885 and also produces Kirsch from the distillation of Limousin cherries. Ancient bottle, presumably from the 1980s, for spirits lovers.
